Welcome to QuickPath PLA. This website is used to develop and submit college credit petition requests to participating California Community Colleges that may award credit. Upon creating your profile and developing a petition portfolio, this website will distribute that information to the college of your choice. By using this service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Your Account / Registration

To use the services provided through this website, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password used to access the QuickPath PLA website. It is possible that your account may be terminated and that collected profile and credit petition information may be destroyed.

Fees and Payment

There is no fee for each credit petititon.

Use of Email

You are responsible for the confidentiality of the email account provided in the user profile for the QuickPath PLA website. By using this service, you agree to permit information relative to the petition process to be communicated to you through the provided email account. Information about the status of your petition, reasons for credit acceptance or denial, or other communications pertinent to the petition process will be sent to this email account.

Information Collection, Use and Sharing

Through your voluntary creation of a user profile and the credit petition request process, this website collects information about you. This information can include, but is not limited to, your personal address, telephone contacts, email address, work history, educational history, etc.

You may update your profile information as necessary. Throughout the petition process, information within a petition may be locked and restricted for edit. Information collected through this website may be stored indefinitely or destroyed at any time.

All information provided through this website will be made available to appropriate credit petition representatives at the college you select in the petition process. Your information will not be sold. Unless required to do so by law, in connection with any ongoing legal proceedings, or to defend our legal rights, your information will not be distributed to anyone other than those necessary to fulfill your request.


All use of this website that includes the transmission of your personal data is encrypted through the HTTPS standards. Information stored on QuickPath PLA systems is only made available to technical employees on a need-to-know basis in order to perform system maintenance duties. The computers on which QuickPath PLA systems are operated are stored and maintained in a secure environment.
